On January 25th, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, due to the holding of the "35th Race End of Europe" in Sintra, line 1252 will operate between Portela de Sintra and Chão de Meninos (Ramalhão Roundabout).

On January 25th, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, lines 4540 and 4901 will have a route detour due to the sporting event "São Silvestre Trails of Marateca 2026" on Avenida da Liberdade in Águas de Moura.

The line 4611 | Penalva - Moita (Sec. School) will implement detour for an indefinite period due to works on M510, in Brejo da Moita. Thus, the line will detour in both directions via Estrada Luís de Camões and Estrada Municipal de Pinhal do Forno.

Between January 21st and 24th, Rua Francisco Sá Carneiro in Ouressa will be closed to traffic due to repaving works. Thus, lines 1223, 1251, 1614 and 1618 will operate via Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho, temporarily leaving out stops on Rua Francisco Sá Carneiro.

From January 20th, and for approximately 5 months, the streets José Cupertino Ribeiro and Joaquim Correia de Freitas in Rio de Mouro Velho will be closed to traffic due to works. Thus, during this period, lines 1615 and 1619 will have to implement an alternative route.

From January 19th to June 12th, lines 3008, 3012, 3017, 3019, 3507, 3524, 3704, 3705 and 3716 may experience traffic constraints due to works on Av. Elias Garcia and Rua da Bela Vista.

Between January 19th and until the end of February, lines 3101, 3103, 3119, 3505, 3509 and 3523 may experience route detours due to works throughout the Marginal of Amora.

From January 19th, and for approximately 6 months, Avenida Infante Dom Henrique in Tercena will be closed to traffic due to works. Thus, lines 1525 and 1717 will implement a route detour in both directions.

Due to works on Rua José Carlos de Melo and Rua União Piedense in Almada, line 3041 | Cacilhas (Terminal) - Lazarim (Pilots) may experience traffic constraints until May, predictably. You may check real-time schedules on the Carris Metropolitana app.

Between January 14th and 30th, line 4321 | Pinhal Novo - Qta do Anjo will have a detour due to works on Quinta do Canastra. Lines will detour via Rua 1.º de Maio and Rua José da Cruz Coelho.

Between January 14th and May 14th, lines 3521 | Cruz de Pau - Fonte da Telha and 3523 | Fonte da Telha - Paio Pires (Quinta Flamância) via Seixal (Terminal Fluvial) and Foros de Amora (Station) may experience traffic constraints due to works on Rua dos Foros de Amora.

Until September 2026, the lines 4202, 4504, 4514 and 4515 will have a route detour due to works on Rua João Pedro Iça in Montijo.

From January 8th, and predictably for 6 months, due to works on Rua do Poder Local in Ramada, line 2225 | Odivelas (Metro) | Circular via Arroja will have to implement a route detour.

Due to works in Bairro Alentejano, line 4611 | Penalva - Moita (Sec. School) will detour from Moita via Estrada Municipal de Pinhal do Forno.

Due to a downed pole on the EN250 in Caneças, lines 2206, 2207, 2511, 2513, 2605 and 2812 may experience traffic constraints. Please check real-time schedules on the Carris Metropolitana app.

Due to climate damage on Rua da Fonte Sesimbra, lines 3213 and 3214 will have a route detour. Temporary stops will be placed on Rua Fonte de Sesimbra.

Due to paving works, Rua do Tazim will be closed to traffic. Lines 2037 and 2039 will operate via Rua da Ribeirinha and Rua Nova.

From November 7th, there may be traffic constraints on line 1015 | Reboleira (Station) | Circular via Damaia due to works on Rua Herculano Carvalho and Rua Ary dos Santos.

Until around February 28th, line 4620 | Moita (Esc. Secundária) - Paio Pires will have a route detour due to road closure on Rua Dr. Manuel Pacheco Nobre.

Due to works at the intersection of Avenida 25 de Abril and Avenida 1º de Maio in Portela de Azóia, line 2539 | Santa Iria da Azóia (Station) | Circular will detour.

Due to road closure on Rua Bartolomeu Perestrelo in Casal do Chapim, lines 2215, 2517, 2524 and 2781 are implementing a route detour.

Between October 13th and February 13th, lines 3506 | Cacilhas (Terminal) - Corroios (Station) via Miratejo and 3525 | Hospital Garcia de Orta - Miratejo may experience traffic constraints due to works on the access to Rotunda do Brejo.

Due to road works on Rua Comandante Sacadura Cabral in Ramada, traffic is being alternated, causing congestion on lines 2207, 2222, 2225, 2511, 2522, 2523, 2611, 2761 and 2812.

Starting from October 8th, Rua Rosa Maria Lobato Faria in Abrunheira will be closed to traffic due to the construction of the new Mercadona. Lines 1234 and 1251 will implement a route detour.

Due to works, the stop Caneças (Qta São Carlos) located on Rua Armando Catita Bernardino is temporarily relocated.

Between September 30, 2025 and February 22, 2027, line 4425 | Setúbal (Escola Viso) - Mitrena will have a route detour due to construction work on Rua das Amendoeiras in Setúbal.

Starting from September 23rd, Rua Dr. António José Serrano in Massamá will be closed to traffic due to works. Line 1229 will implement a route detour.

Starting from August 25th, line 4532 | Moita (Station) - Moita (Bairro 1º Maio) will have a changed route due to works in Bairro 1.º de Maio, Moita.

From August 25th, lines 2036, 2708, 2710 and 2727 may experience constraints due to traffic cuts on Av. das Forças Armadas in Loures.

From September 2nd, line 1722 | Alfragide (Shopping Center) – Hospital S. Francisco Xavier will undergo a change in the route detour due to works.

From September 2nd, lines 1101, 1106 and 1504 will undergo a change in the route detour due to works.

From July 14th, Avenida Alves Redol in Idanha will be closed to traffic due to pavement failure. Lines 1228, 1230 and 1716 will implement a route detour.

Lines 4202, 4203, 4204, 4205, 4206, 4207, 4208, 4501 and 4504 will experience a route detour due to construction works on Avenida dos Pescadores in Montijo.

From May 26th, Rua Francisco Roquete in Alcabideche will be closed due to works. Lines 1626 and 1627 will implement a route detour.

From April 14th, line 1633 | Ericeira (Terminal) – Portela Sintra (North Station) may experience traffic constraints due to works on Avenida 29 de Junho.

From November 6th, line 1240 | Portela de Sintra (North Station) – Negrais (Recreational Society) will experience traffic constraints due to works on the West Line in Mastrontas.
